The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) received a report about a person stranded helplessly on a construction crane in Binaqadi district.
The incident occurred on Binaqadi Highway. MES rescuers were immediately dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that Zamiyev Zaly Dünyamalı oglu, born in 1963, was trapped in the cab of a tower crane about 50 meters high due to a sudden health deterioration.
Rescuers used climbing equipment to lower the citizen from the crane and handed him over to an emergency medical team.
