Rafael Tuts, Director of the Global Solutions Division at UN-Habitat, expressed his delight at attending the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku. He stated that he has been working closely with the Azerbaijani government over the past two years to prepare for this forum.
In an interview with Oxu.Az, Tuts said the forum will facilitate extensive exchange of ideas on sustainable urban development and housing policies among governments and cities.
"Our expectation is to present practical examples to make urban planning and housing more accessible, adequate, and sustainable," he added.
