Oxu.Az reports that these words were spoken by Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture and National Coordinator of WUF13, at a press conference before the official opening ceremony.
He stated that this is not natural, but it is the reality we face:
“That is why such discussions and forums are important. We must find ways to adapt to climate change.”
