Old buildings at Gharabagh Street 11 were demolished and new high-rises built. Residents received apartments in the new buildings.
Mahabbat Shamayeva said she was told in 2023 that the apartment was ready, but found cracks, water and sewage issues. Company representatives allegedly refused to help and kicked her out.
The Narimanov District Executive Authority contacted the leadership of "Inteks" MTK. The company said it would address the problem.
