Residents of the 6th block in Lokbatan settlement say they have been without water for 10 days.
They report that there is no constant water supply; water only comes for a short time at night.
This problem recurs every summer and has been ongoing for 3-4 years. Residents are forced to order water by truck, costing 50-60 manats.
