Residents of a building on Mirjalal Street in Nasimi district have been living in their apartments for six years without receiving property deeds.
They accuse the "Iqtisadchi 2005" housing cooperative of delays. The cooperative's management makes various excuses.
One resident said: "We call every month, and each time they say documents are ready. But the garage, though in the project, wasn't built. Five illegal apartments were sold in the attic. Since November, they don't answer our calls."
Another resident complained: "Without deeds, we can't register our children, get bank loans, or register at hospitals. We have to register at relatives' addresses, causing future issues."
The residents urge authorities to investigate and secure their property rights.
