In the Nizami district of Baku, a resident claimed his roof was removed by a construction company.

"Rahat Residence" responded that they signed a contract and paid the resident 16,000 manat ($9,400) for repairs and monthly compensation of 1,200 manat.

The company denies the allegations, stating the resident hasn't vacated the property and breached the agreement.
