Oxu.Az reports that these words were spoken by Zeynab Guliyeva, a former IDP, who moved to the village of Shukurbeyli in the Jabrayil district.
She said that she is returning to her native land with her family:
"Our joy knows no bounds. May Allah have mercy on our martyrs and grant healing to our veterans. On behalf of all residents of Jabrayil, I express my gratitude to our President. Thanks to his determination, we have been reunited with our homeland. There is no better day than this. I am returning to my home, my land."
