Residents of Ocaqli village in Jalilabad district have been suffering from bad roads for years.
They contacted Baku TV's hotline to report that most internal roads in the village are in terrible condition.
During rainy and snowy weather, the roads become impassable, making transportation difficult and affecting daily life.
Complainant Firiqa Sadiqova said: "My children live in Baku, they can't find a way to come. When I die, where will they take me? My grandchildren can't go to school. Ambulance can't come because of the roads. Are we not human?"
