Passengers complain about route 114 buses arriving late, with dirty interiors and broken seats.
According to Oxu.Az, citizens reported long intervals between buses.
"Buses are not deployed according to population, interiors are dirty, seats are broken. Air conditioning and heating don't work. Buses stop before 11 PM," they said.
AYNA stated that if the carrier does not renew the fleet, the route will be put out to tender. Route 114A has 8 buses with 12-14 minute intervals, 114B has 6 buses with 14-16 minute intervals.
