The head of the International Relations Department of the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance (ITSDA) has been dismissed.
According to Oxu.Az citing Qaynarinfo, department head Ruslan Abdullayev resigned of his own accord. He is expected to be appointed to a position in another state body.
It should be noted that Ruslan Abdullayev was considered a protégé of Zaur Aliyev, former chairman of the Board of the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance, currently serving as Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. Years ago, Zaur Aliyev had appointed him to this position with an order.
Recall that by a relevant decree of President Ilham Aliyev on March 19, the powers of the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance were transferred to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population (MLSPP).
The decree will create a public legal entity under the ministry, the State Agency for Medical Insurance and Expertise, through the reorganization of ITSDA and the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency via merger.
