Ruslan Guliyev, President of the Azerbaijan Association for Support of Health and Thermal Tourism, head of the "Millennium Congress Tourism" company, and a renowned tourism expert, has passed away.
He suffered a sudden heart attack in the Ismayilli region. Although rushed to hospital, he could not be saved.
His body is being transported to Baku.
