One of the apartments seized from former Labor Minister Salim Muslumov is being auctioned again. This is the fourth attempt, with a 25% discount applied.
The State Service for Property Affairs under the Ministry of Economy will hold the auction on June 16.
The property is located at Mirza Ibrahimov Street, building 53, apartment 108, Yasamal district, Baku. The area is 370.4 sq.m, starting price is 694,687.5 manats, and the deposit is 69,468.8 manats.
Muslumov's seized assets include apartments, non-residential premises, and land plots in various districts of Baku.
