An inspection at Takhtakorpu Secondary School in Lachin district revealed serious violations.

According to Oxu.Az citing APA, by order of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education dated February 12, 2026, the employment contract of director Sakhavat Mammadov was terminated.

The former director appealed to the court, but the claim was dismissed as groundless. The court upheld the legality of the employer's order.

The Agency confirmed the facts.
