The May issue of "Screen International", a leading British film publication, features Azerbaijan on its cover.
The magazine provides information about the cash rebate mechanism, a result of reforms in Azerbaijan's film production sector.
According to a Cabinet of Ministers decision on July 4, 2025, 25% of film production expenses are reimbursed. An additional 15% is paid if cultural criteria are met, allowing producers to recover up to 40% of costs.
The May issue is dedicated to the 79th Cannes Film Festival, where Azerbaijan is represented with a national stand.
Founded in 1889, "Screen International" has been published under its current name since 1975.
