SEC: Latecomers allowed to exam

SEC allows latecomers to master's admission exam despite weather delays. Exams continue across 7 cities.

Due to weather conditions in Baku, special arrangements were made for latecomers to the second attempt of the master's admission exam.

The State Examination Center (SEC) stated that latecomers were allowed to participate. Exams are ongoing.

The exam is held in Baku, Sumgait, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Absheron, Mingachevir, and Lankaran.
