In the city of Khirdalan, Absheron district, sewage water flowing onto the street has caused residents' dissatisfaction.
Oxu.Az reports that videos have been shared on social media regarding this issue.
The incident occurred on Mehdi Huseynzade Street. According to claims, sewage water flows onto the roadway, resulting in a strong stench covering the area.
In response to Oxu.Az's inquiry, the United Water Supply Service of Large Cities stated that the clog in the wastewater line at the mentioned address was cleared yesterday.
The service added: "We especially note that clogs regularly occur due to the disposal of various household wastes into the wastewater network and sewer manholes. To prevent such incidents, we request residents not to throw any objects other than wastewater into the network, including napkins, food residues, and other household wastes."
