Oxu.Az reports that this was stated by Dilbazi Mironova, a former internally displaced person preparing to return to the village of Shukurbeyli in Jabrayil district.

She said she was forced to leave Jabrayil district at the age of 14: "But now I am returning with my children and husband. May God have mercy on our martyrs and grant health to our veterans. The main thing is that we are returning to our lands, the rest will be fine. This is what we most wished for. God willing, we will live better there."
