MP Vugar Bayramov has proposed applying special coefficients to women's pension capital to increase their pension amounts. The proposal was made during the discussion of the 2025 report on gender equality at the parliament session.
Bayramov noted that women's average monthly salary is 69.1% of men's, compared to a global average of 77-80%. He highlighted that most women work in education, healthcare, and social services.
The MP also suggested setting quotas for women entrepreneurs to access preferential loans from the Entrepreneurship Development Fund.
