The form of the identification plate for autonomous vehicles has been officially determined. According to a draft law discussed today at the Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship Committee of the Milli Majlis, the plate will feature a specific design and dimensions.
The plate will be installed at the rear of the autonomous vehicle, measuring 200 mm in width and 250 mm in height, in the shape of a blue rectangle with a white border. It will display a car symbol with wireless transmission waves and the words "AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE" in white.
This measure aims to inform other road users and enhance safety.
