The staircase of a five-story building in Baku's Nizami district has collapsed. Residents use wooden stairs with difficulty.

The incident occurred at 39 Bahruz Nuriyev Street. Cleanup began immediately after the collapse on May 21.

The Housing Authority stated that the staircase construction will be completed in the coming days.
