Institutional, governance and structural reforms will continue in Azerbaijan.

According to Oxu.Az, this is reflected in the General Collective Agreement signed between the Cabinet of Ministers, the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, and the National Confederation of Entrepreneur (Employer) Organizations for 2026-2028.

Also, regulatory methods will be actively used to keep inflation at an acceptable level.

To expand foreign investments in the non-oil sector, proposals on incentive mechanisms for foreign investors will be prepared.
