Farman Kazimov, head of sector at Sumgayit City Executive Power, spoke about the city's history and development, highlighting urban innovations in the last decade.
Ramiz Idrisoglu, representative of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, discussed reconstruction in liberated territories. Master plans for 8 cities and urban planning for 101 villages in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur have been approved.
