Sumgayit housing crisis: 90 families stranded

Over 90 families in Sumgayit paid for apartments but cannot move in due to MTK's unfinished construction and missing elevator.

Residents of a multi-story residential building on Koroglu Street in Sumgayit complain that their apartments have not been handed over for years.

According to citizens who contacted Baku TV's hotline, over 90 families have made payments but cannot live in the building, which was left unfinished by MTK. Residents of the upper floors particularly noted that they cannot even access the yard due to the lack of an elevator, leaving them in difficult conditions.
