Residents of Block 76 in Sumgayit complain that they haven't seen a bus route for 21 years. The area lacks public transport and a recreation park.
Locals say they must walk nearly 4 km every day to catch a bus. Most residents are elderly and struggle with the distance.
One resident said: "There are about 100-200 houses, but no bus route. The elderly can't walk far. We have nowhere to sit. We've complained many times, but no one listens."
Another resident highlighted the cost: "Students walk to school daily. Those who can afford it take a taxi. But we are sick, why pay 5 manat for a 50 qəpik route?"
