The Supreme Court of Azerbaijan has issued a landmark ruling for those purchasing apartments or commercial properties in new buildings.
According to the ruling, court decisions must specify the exact location, orientation, and features of the property. Otherwise, enforcement issues may arise.
The Supreme Court emphasized that to fully restore the victim's rights, the functional purpose, usage possibilities, and economic value of the property must be considered.
