The State Examination Center announced the results of the admission exam held on June 7, 2026.
Burlaxatun Majidli scored 700 points in the first specialty group, becoming the top scorer in the country.
AzEdu.az interviewed her. Burlaxatun said that 700 points is a combination of hard work and luck.
“Before the exam, I thought 700 points was a bit of luck. But now it has come true. All my closed-ended questions were correct, and the open-ended ones also earned full points. At first, I didn't believe it; I checked the results again,” she said.
Burlaxatun noted that she prepared for architecture at ADA University: “I studied with tutors during preparation. The public idea that top scorers don't have phones is wrong. I had a social life and also used my phone.”
She advised other applicants: “Don't focus solely on points. Maintain both your education and social life. The secret to my success is hard work and self-belief.”
