Traffic congestion is observed in several roads of Baku.
According to the Intellectual Traffic Management Center (ITMC) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the following streets are affected:

- Tbilisi Ave, from Izmir St intersection towards 20 Yanvar metro
- Tbilisi Ave, from 20 Yanvar metro towards city center
- Baku-Sumgait highway, towards Khirdalan circle
- Binagadi highway, from Azadlig Ave metro towards Binagadi settlement
- Heydar Aliyev Ave, auxiliary road, towards city center
- Khatai Ave, towards Heydar Aliyev Ave
- Seaside St, from near Flag Square towards Azneft circle
- Yusif Safarov St, towards city center
- Yusif Safarov St, towards Heydar Aliyev Ave
- 28 May St, from Pushkin St to Rashid Behbudov St
- Dilara Aliyeva St, from Pushkin St to Rashid Behbudov St
