Traffic congestion is observed on several roads in Baku. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Intelligent Transport Management Center, the following streets experience jams:

  • First Seaside Road towards Ziya Bunyadov Avenue
  • Baku-Sumgait highway towards 20 January metro station
  • Ali Mustafayev Street towards Ziya Bunyadov Avenue
  • Abdulvahab Salamzade Street towards Ziya Bunyadov Avenue
  • Tbilisi Avenue from 20 January metro station to city center
  • Heydar Aliyev Avenue main road towards city center
  • Airport highway towards Koroglu metro station
  • Ziya Bunyadov Avenue from Ahmad Rajabli intersection to Ataturk Avenue intersection

Drivers are advised to choose alternative routes.
