Traffic jams in Baku streets – May 13, 2026

Traffic congestion is observed on several roads in Baku.

According to the Intelligent Traffic Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, congestion is recorded at the following locations:

  • Heydar Aliyev Avenue, main road, towards city center
  • 8 November Avenue, from the intersection with Suleyman Ahmadov Street towards city center
  • 1st Lake-side Road, towards Ziya Bunyadov Avenue
  • Baku-Sumgayit Highway, towards "20 January" metro station
  • Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, from the intersection with Muzaffar Narimanov Street towards "20 January" metro station
  • Yusif Safarov Street, towards city center
  • Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, up to the intersection with Azadliq Avenue
  • 28 May Street, from the intersection with Pushkin Street to the intersection with Rashid Behbudov Street
  • Tbilisi Avenue, from "20 January" metro station towards city center
  • Ali Mustafayev Street, towards Ziya Bunyadov Avenue
  • Babek Avenue, towards city center
