The Baku City State Traffic Police Department (BŞDYPİ) has appealed to car rental companies regarding the upcoming "Last Bell" events.
Police note that graduates and minors attempt to rent cars for entertainment. However, it is illegal and dangerous for individuals without a driver's license to get behind the wheel.
The BŞDYPİ asks rental companies to check the validity of the driver's license, age, and driving rights when renting out vehicles. They should not provide cars to students or unlicensed individuals on "Last Bell" day.
If such cases are detected, legal measures will be taken. A sensitive approach will prevent possible incidents and ensure a safe graduation day.
