A group of citizens contacted Baku TV's hotline, claiming they were deceived by a travel company called "Rivo Travel".

According to the complainants, after payment for the tour, contact with the organizers was completely lost. Neither the vehicle arrived at the appointed time, nor was it possible to reach the company.

Complainant Ilkin Abdullazade said that they contacted the "Rivo Travel" page on Instagram as a group of 8 people to go on a tour to Ismayilli-Gabala. The company offered various discounts, and the total amount was 137 manat. He noted that they transferred the payment by card, do not know the organizers, and the number on the official-looking Instagram page is currently inactive.

Commenting on the issue, lawyer Gasim Shaliyev noted that from the moment the money was paid, contractual relations arise between the parties. Citing breach of obligations, citizens can go to court and demand compensation for the damage, including the amount paid to the company, transport costs to the meeting point, and compensation for moral damage due to the deception.
