A video circulating on social media alleges that property owners at Novkhani Beach have dug trenches to block vehicle access, directing customers to their establishments.
Baku TV investigated the claims on site.
The property owner denied the allegations, stating the move was for children's safety: "Cars enter and do stunts. We did this so children can play safely."
A worker added: "People relax with their kids. Cars come in and do donuts. We were instructed to allow only emergency vehicles like ambulances and fire trucks."
