Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev stated in an interview with Trend that abolishing tutoring is not feasible.
He emphasized that creating equal conditions for everyone does not align with a competitive admission system. Tutoring cannot be abolished or banned.
Theoretically possible, but practically impossible to implement. Amrullayev does not believe banning tutoring would yield positive results for learning and human development.
According to him, higher education is just the next stage, and anyone should be able to pursue it. Admission should be easy, but graduation should be difficult. Currently, the graduation rate is 85-90%, which is concerning.
Becoming an engineer is not an easy process; success requires overcoming difficulties.
