Baku's experience in urban planning and urban development could be beneficial for African countries, said Mohamed Coulibaly, UN-Habitat representative in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
He made the statement at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku. Coulibaly noted that Baku is a well-planned and developed city.
The forum facilitates exchange of ideas between experts, strengthening ties between Africa and Azerbaijan.
