Footage shows a man committing unethical acts against women on public transport. A resident of the settlement spoke to Baku TV about the incident.

He commented: "I saw him in the settlement, he looks like a village person. He behaves strangely, swinging his arms and walking around. It's obvious he's not normal."

According to reports, the 36-year-old man in the videos was identified and detained by police. Considering his health condition, he was transferred to a specialized medical facility.
