Residents of the Inshaatchilar settlement in Sumgait complain about piled household waste.

According to Oxu.Az, unsanitary conditions have arisen due to neglected waste collection.

Residents say: "The situation has been dire for years, with no oversight."

Sumgait City Executive Authority responded that a sewer line accident and heavy rains caused temporary delays. Waste has now been removed and the area cleaned.
