Nariman Abdulaliyev, the executive director and son-in-law of former Space TV general director Vado Korovin, has been dismissed from his position.

According to Oxu.Az, he announced this on his social media accounts.

"Today an important chapter ends for me. Over the past years at Space TV, we have gone through a very complex yet valuable journey. Even during the channel's most difficult periods, we tried to protect the broadcast, launch new projects, and increase viewer interest. At a certain point, Space becoming the second most-watched television channel in the country was the result of this effort. I believe many decisions made during this time were correct and beneficial. Most importantly, despite all difficulties, we managed to complete this stage without disrupting processes and maintaining stability. One of the most valuable issues for me was the training of young personnel alongside experienced TV workers and the synergy bringing new breath to the channel. Recently, I tried to do my utmost for the stability of the channel, continuity of broadcasting, and management of processes," the post said.
