Heavy rains in March-April caused damage in Quba district. The road to Əspərəsti village became unusable. Vehicle traffic is limited, and residents face serious difficulties.
A resident said: "70 houses, about 700 people live here. We have sick people, but ambulances can't reach us."
Local official Fərman Tahirov: "We appealed to the district executive power and emergency commission. A monitoring group inspected the area; restoration of the bridge has begun."
