Heavy rains in Baku days ago caused devastation in Narimanov district. Residents of Malik Mammadov street suffered significant damage.
Walls collapsed, cars were crushed. Several vehicles were completely wrecked.
Residents say they repeatedly appealed to authorities but received no response. The fence of "Azerishiq" OJSC collapsed, damaging homes. Rainwater seeps through cracks in walls.
One resident said: "If I had come 10 seconds later, the wall would have fallen on me, just like it did on those cars."
