Anar Rzayev, head of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), has called on taxi passengers to avoid unrealistic demands.

He stated that insisting on being dropped off at specific locations forces drivers to break rules.

Currently, there are 28 designated pick-up/drop-off points on 16 streets. However, public transport intervals remain a priority.

67,000 drivers have undergone training. AYNA is working on balanced solutions.
