In the liberated territories, 6,321 subscribers have been covered by water supply services. This was reported by the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA).

Currently, water supply services are provided to 3,264 subscribers in Khankendi, 878 in Fuzuli, 690 in Jabrayil, 535 in Shusha, 380 in Lachin, 367 in Khojavand, and 207 in Kalbajar.

The largest subscriber base is recorded in Khankendi city. The city operates a 104 km water network, 67 km sewage system, 15 subartesian wells, and two water treatment plants with a daily capacity of 16,000 cubic meters.

In Shusha, 34.5 km of water and 27.5 km of sewage networks are in operation; in Khojavand, 48 km; and in Hadrut, 35 km of water network. In Agdara, a 52 km water network and 37 km main water pipeline are functioning.

Additionally, 364 consumers in Khojaly, 50 in Asgaran, and 27 in Zangilan are provided with water services.
