The Khankendi railway station is planned to be put into operation in 2027.
Oxu.Az reports that these words were said by the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Khankendi city, Aghdara and Khojaly districts, Elchin Yusubov, during his speech at the event titled "Post-Conflict Urban Planning: Restoring Destroyed Identity and Rebuilding an Integrated Future" at the Azerbaijan pavilion within WUF13.
He stated that the construction of the Khankendi railway has begun: "Already, 90% of the design work and 50% of the construction work have been completed. Completion and commissioning of the construction work is planned for next year."
