Repair work on the road damaged by floods in Khachmaz's tourist zone is progressing rapidly. A new culvert has been installed near Istisu settlement to fix the collapsed road.
According to the agency, a 14-meter-long, 2-meter-high, and 3-meter-wide culvert has been replaced. After reinforcement, new asphalt will be laid.
Repair work is expected to be completed by June. Drivers heading to Nabran are using alternative routes.
