Strong winds are currently observed in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula. Experts report that the wind speed will weaken towards the night.
Gulshad Mammadova, director of the Hydrometeorological Forecasts Bureau of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, stated: "The wind will decrease during the night, and a mild southeast wind will blow throughout the day tomorrow."
Citizens are advised to be cautious due to the changing weather conditions.
