Who qualifies for subsidized housing? | Bond.az

In Azerbaijan, certain categories of individuals are eligible for subsidized housing. This right is regulated by law.

Today's topic of Oxu.Az's "What does the law say?" rubric explains who can purchase subsidized housing.

Eligible persons for subsidized housing:

  • Young family members under 35
  • Children of martyrs
  • Children of National Heroes of the Patriotic War
  • Children of National Heroes
  • Internally displaced persons (IDPs)
  • Those who have served in civil service for at least 3 years
  • Teachers working in public schools for at least 3 years
  • Holders of a PhD degree
  • Individuals with special merits in sports
  • Journalists with at least 5 years of experience registered in the Media Register
