A graduate from Nakhchivan, Ahmad Huseynov, scored the maximum 300 points on his final exam, but his name did not appear on the official results list.
According to Oxu.Az, this is a high result achieved by only two people in Nakhchivan.
It is reported that the result was deemed invalid due to a technical issue related to the student's foreign language choice.
Although Russian was taught at his school, Ahmad chose English, explaining that he felt weaker in Russian.
The State Examination Center stated that Ahmad took exams in Azerbaijani, mathematics, and Russian. While he scored 100 points in Azerbaijani and mathematics, he scored lower in Russian.
To qualify for university admission, he took an additional exam in English and scored 100 points, which will be considered during admission.
