MP Hikmat Babayev stated that in some cases, speed limits and road markings create additional difficulties for drivers.

According to him, speed limits on highways are set so low that drivers consider them artificial restrictions. Due to lanes not meeting international standards, drivers are forced to violate road markings.

The MP noted that after parking areas, the width of the traffic lane drops below standard. As a result, when driving alongside large vehicles, drivers inevitably cross solid lines, and cameras impose fines.

Babayev emphasized that this situation creates psychological pressure on drivers. He admitted using a navigator app himself: "One eye on the phone, one on road signs, one on speed. This turns safety measures into a source of danger."
