WUF13 accreditation card issuance date announced

The issuance of accreditation cards for participants of the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), to be held in Baku on May 17-22, 2026, will begin on May 14 at the Accreditation and Registration Center.

Located at the Baku Olympic Stadium, the center will ensure a unified and efficient process for registration, accreditation, and information of WUF13 participants.

The center will operate from May 14-16 from 09:00 to 18:00, May 17-21 from 07:00 to 18:00, and on May 22 from 07:00 to 15:00.

Participants, official delegates, and guests can visit the center from May 14-22 to register and obtain their accreditation cards.

Those who registered online must bring their unique registration number sent via email and a valid ID. Azerbaijani citizens need their ID card, while foreign nationals must present a valid passport.

On-site registration will also be available during the event days. Participants are advised to register online in advance. Online registration deadline is May 15 at 18:00 via the Global Event Management System (GEMS) of UN-Habitat.
