Iran, claiming victory in its confrontation with Israel and the US, is setting special conditions for future negotiations.
Mohammad Saleh Jokar, head of the Iranian parliament's internal affairs commission, told Mehr news agency that a 10-point plan is an inviolable "red line" for the Islamic Republic.
He said: "Conditions are dictated by the victorious state, not the failed one. Americans must agree to our terms."
On February 28, Israel launched a preemptive strike on Iran, with the US joining the operation. Iran retaliated with ballistic missiles at Israel. On March 1, Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was reported killed in the attacks.
Iran struck US military bases in neighboring countries, disrupting shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. On April 8, Trump announced a two-week ceasefire, but the second round of talks scheduled for April 22 did not take place.
